Youth Search Committee Updates June 14, 2010 The Youth Pastor Search Team received around 70 resumes and inquiries.
- Of those who provided completed applications 10 individuals were interviewed at least once. All 10 offered good potential for Harvest, but we only have room for one.
- One of the 10 accepted a position in another church. Second interviews have been conducted with 4 of those 10.
- The team is currently doing reference checks, listening to audio and video presentations and working to select 2, or maybe 3, as finalists. That decision should be reached by the end of June.
- The team's hope is recommend one person by mid to late July to candidate for the position, so they can begin sometime in August.
Please keep praying for wisdom and guidance for the team.

Cornelius Pass Road Improvements Are Here! April 21, 2010 Washington County, in partnership with the City of Hillsboro, is replacing the Cornelius Pass Road Bridge over Beaverton Creek. Our specifications read that contractor is permitted to close Cornelius Pass Rd. on June 22, 2010, and will be closed until the end of the year. The road closure will be from north of Baseline Rd. to Quatama Rd. The church will still be accessible via Cornelius Pass from the north, and the best way to access the church from the south will be Baseline Rd to 205th Ave to Quatama Rd. The project manager for this job is Abe Turki, and his direct line is (503)846-7859 if you have any more questions about the closure or any general questions about what to expect during construction.
