Harvest Preschool

Harvest Preschool operates as a ministry of Harvest Community Church.  Our purpose is to support your family by providing a safe, loving and Christ-centered learning environment where your child is valued as a wonderful creation of God.  In partnership with parents, our goal is helping children to know they are loved by God and that they can know, love, worship, follow and serve Him.  We provide experiences that will develop a love of learning, creativity, character and social development, academic readiness and life skills.

  • Janell Trapp, Director and Co-Teacher

I love preschool students, picture books, paint, scissors, glue and playing Duck, Duck, Goose!

I am happily married and have raised two daughters who are now adults. My college-age daughter attended Harvest Preschool the first year it was open. I have been teaching at Harvest Preschool most years since, starting as an assistant teacher and then most recently as Director and Lead Teacher.

It brings me deep joy when students learn and understand that Jesus loves them and that they can talk to Him. It is a lifelong gift that I love being a part of.

  • Jill Wolfe,  Co-Teacher

Children bring into the world an untamed whirlwind of emotions. That is what I love most about teaching. The joy, the sadness, the silliness all flows freely in a preschool classroom. I have taught preschool for almost six years now and I have loved every minute! I am happily married and have a little boy of my own who attended Harvest Preschool for two years.

“Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a reward from him.”

    Psalms 127:3 NLT

This verse captions the value God has for his little ones. It’s my first time teaching at Harvest Preschool and I am excited for the opportunity. I am happily married and have three children. A son who is 11, a daughter who is six and a son who is four. The younger two of them have attended Harvest Preschool.
