“Listen to what I am telling you: Open your eyes and look at the fields, because they are ready for Harvest. The reaper is already receiving pay and gathering fruit for eternal life, so that the sower and reaper can rejoice together.”

John 4:35b-36

The Bible tells us that the task of evangelism, which means that the gospel is accessible to every person, is the responsibility of the church. God has created us all with unique talents, gifts, and abilities.  We, at Harvest, desire to use these parts of our lives to be disciples who make disciples of all nations. We believe that being missional is who we are as followers of Jesus Christ. Harvest prayerfully, financially, and through acts of service support our global missionaries and our local partners.

If you would like more information about the global missionaries or local partners that we support, you can find a brief description, and their websites (if applicable) below. We joyfully look forward to partnering together as we seek to be a church that furthers the kingdom of God and seeks to bring glory to the name of Jesus Christ!

Positions Available on the Missions Team

We currently have a couple positions available to serve our Global Missionaries & Local Partners! The Missions Team at Harvest meets monthly. At that time we share prayer requests/updates about our Global Missionaries & Local Partners, plan Mission related events, and strategize about how to best connect our missionaries with our church. If you are interested in learning more about the Missions Team contact Leslie at missionsinfo@harvestcc.org

November  Missionary Prayer Sheet

We invite you to pray for the specific needs of our Global Missionaries and partnerships as well as our local partnerships that we have in our community. A paper copy is available at the church office or at the Welcome Center at church.

  • Serve Our Church

Everyone has gifts, given by God, for the good of one another. We encourage you to spend time considering the ways God has gifted you, and how can you use those gifts for the good of your church family. If you are not sure where or how you can serve, we'd love to work with you to help you find a way to serve the body of Christ and our community!

We have plenty of opportunities for you to volunteer at Harvest with our Connection Team, Children's Ministry Team, and Worship and Media Team.

  • Serving a local school - Tobias Elementary School

We have a long-standing relationship with Tobias Elementary, which is less than a 5-minute drive from Harvest.  The longer we serve them the more we seek to do for them.  It is our desire to show the love of Christ to the Tobias Elementary administration, students and families by helping them accomplish their vision and care for them in unique ways.

  • Serving those in need - Love INC

The vision of Love INC is to help churches love people.  We have partnered with them for many years as we support one another in caring for people.  Many of the things we do were birthed out of our relationship with Love INC (i.e., the many ways we support Tobias Elementary).  It is our joy to help them be successful as they support us and provide us with many resources.

  • Serving the vulnerable -  First Image

First Image exists to provide life-giving support to those facing unplanned pregnancy.  It is our desire to provide both financial and volunteer assistance for this crucial time in family's lives.

  • Serving the vulnerable - Family Room

The Family Room is a ministry that cares for children and families that are in the foster care system. DHS is limited in time, staff, and resources to give families what they need to be successful during this transitional period. The Family Room seeks to assist DHS in helping children have a relationship with their biological parents; as well as aim to reunite families. Harvest seeks to financially support and send volunteers to help this ministry reach their goals.
